From May 23rdto 28th, 2011, the Third International Conference on Risk Analysis and Crisis Response was held inTexasA&MUniversityinUnited States. Over 60 scholars and management experts from sixteen countries and regions participated in the conference, including China, America, Russia, Italia, Canada, Mexico, Turkey and so on.
