On October 10, 2012, IDP delegation, led by President Bo Jingshan, Vice President Zhong Nancai and Chi Baoming, participated in the 8thChina Western Forum on Earthquake Disaster Mitigation, which was held in Beichuan Qiang Minority Autonomous County, Mianyang city in Sichuan province. The delegation included representatives from Admin. Office, Teaching Affaires Office, Centre of Continuing Education and Youth League Committee. The leaders presented at the forum included Liu Yuchen, Deputy Director and Member of the Party Leadership Group of CEA (China Earthquake Administration), Zhang Jinchuan, Deputy Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial Government, and Luo Qiang, Municipal Party Secretary of Mianyang. The forum was hosted by Zhang Hongwei, Director of Sichuan Earthquake Administration.
